The Data Reflection Model promotes a culture of data literacy throughout the Lynwood Unified School District. The program’s significance lies in the creation of a system-wide structure that allows site teams to analyze student level benchmark performance and address any barriers to closing the achievement gap. During the sessions, a data analysis protocol guides the discussion to identify best practices that improve student performance ensuring all students become college and career ready.
