The Buena Vista Edible School Yard is a partnership between the Grimm Family Education Foundation and the Panama-Buena Vista Union School District in an effort to teach students the importance of eating fresh, seasonal produce and making better food choices. Buena Vista Elementary students have grown over 2,900 pounds of produce every year and prepared countless healthy and delicious recipes that students often take home to share with their families.
