A full service community school district’s mission and vision is to meet the holistic needs of all students by providing school-based health, mental health, remedial supports and afterschool services for students and their parents. The central idea of the full service community school district is that all children have the right to learn and the right to the best curriculum and teachers feasible given their existing socio-economic conditions.
